Exercise Physiologists also offer guidance to sports product manufacturers and counsel sporting teams and athletes to enhance training performance, and can help you establish clear goals and identify areas in need of improvement.
As Core Health’s exercise physiologist, Amir has had success with variety of clients including adolescents, managing obesity, diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Additionally, Amir has extensive experience working with athletes in a variety of sports including Triathlon, Mountain and Road Bike Racing, Basketball, Swimming, Football, Rowing as well as Professional Dancers.
Training programs will use equipment including fit balls, weights, wobble boards, pilates mats & studio exercises and cardio-vascular equipment. All training session are for 1 hour to ensure you get the most out of your workout.
