Group Equipment Classes

Group Equipment is a class that is specially designed for the individual’s needs, strengths and weaknesses. Each participant receives an individualised program with 15-20 exercises that have been chosen to assist with correcting muscular imbalances, posture, core control and flexibility. The exercises will be arranged to allow the participant to use all four of the major equipment pieces of the Pilates repertoire; Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel as well as smaller pieces such as foam rollers, mat and Magic Circle.
