Mat Classes

Mat Classes is a class based on exercises using the smaller pieces of Pilates equipment; mat, foam rollers, Magic Circles and Therabands, to increase core strength and control, overall body flexibility and strength. With class numbers being limited, there is still a level of specificity to the participants and for close supervision and modification of exercises if required.
